Filling out the missing error docs

I ran a short script today that auto-generated all the missing error pages for the R3 docs.

If you visit R3 Errors you can see the complete list. Those with the word undoc have yet to be documented by a human (hint hint, you can help with some of these!)

So, at the very least, the why? function won't show a 404 error any more.
